Why am I not receiving your emails?

Ninety-five percent of the time, this issue occurs because security filters on your email are automatically blocking our emails. Below are the steps to rectify the situation.

Steps to Rectify the Situation:

  • Check Your Spam/Junk Folder:
    Sometimes, emails may land in your spam or junk folder. Ensure our emails are not being misclassified.

Whitelist Our Email Addresses:

  • Add our email addresses to your contacts or address book to ensure they are recognized as safe senders.
Add Our Sending IP Addresses:
  • Contact your email service provider or IT department to whitelist our sending IP addresses. Here they are:

  • Make sure there are no forwarding rules set up that could redirect our emails to another folder or email address.
Consult Your Email Service Provider:
  • If the issue persists, contact your email service provider for further assistance.
